ManagementMINECRAFT & BEYOND

Hey, I’m Scrainyr.
I’m the man for the job.

I manage Minecraft staff teams and communities. I hire and train staff, sort out internal systems, and help the different departments work together.

Most of my work is in Staff and General Management. I also take on Community, Media and Marketing Management, and Administration when a project needs it.

What I’ll do as
your manager

My goal is to do the job properly and give your project the best service I can. Here’s what I can help with.

Staff Management

Hire, train and oversee staff members, including people who are new to staffing.
Build staff systems and write the documents a team needs.
Organise existing systems so they’re easy to use.
Run team-building activities so staff get to know each other and enjoy working together.

General Management

Oversee a network and keep track of the work across its departments.
Make sure teams communicate and know what they’re responsible for.

Community Management

Host Discord and in-game events.
Collect feedback from players and use it to improve the community.

Media & Marketing

Find media staff and creators, and keep up with their activity and work.
Manage social media accounts for your project.
Contact content creators to help promote the server.

How I work

I’m professional with staff and players, but I still want people to enjoy being on the team. I stay calm when a situation gets difficult, explain my decisions and make sure people know what’s happening.

I can build a system from scratch or work with one you already have. I care about getting things done on time and keeping the same effort up after the first few weeks.

I started in moderation in April 2024. Tickets, player issues and administration are still part of what I can handle; management is where I put most of my time now.

Infranext

I’m partnered with Infranext, the development team connected to BlockBoost, and I’m a long-term client. They help me with marketing decisions, and through them I can arrange video work for servers at a lower cost.
